FS: Rectangular air cleaner intake snorkel tube

Post by Dan Szwarc »

Available is one accordion-type air cleaner intake tube. Great condition, used.

Fits 77 air cleaners for the 400, but may fit other applications.

Dimensions are about 4” X 2-3/4” for the opening.
Shortest length is about 7-1/2”.
Longest length stretched is about 13”. No holes between the slats.

Original clips that help retain it are both intact.

I don’t even know if this is original Ford or Lincoln, but I kept it from a parts car. Use to replace your tattered air cleaner tube. The plastic has no holes, but the plastic is a little crinkly as opposed to soft and supple. It should survive most installations and I exercised it a few times to make sure it won’t tear the first time someone pulls on it. It was ok.

Check your application and post any questions. Confirm your hard fit dimensions with me before buying.

Ships for only $30 in USA.

Wish I would have my Mark III here already so I could measure what’s on there currently. It’s a dry rotted and hole-ridden.
