Lincoln Registry
Does anyone know if this website is still active?
https://www.thelincolnregistry.com/index.htm
Not able to find out how to register. Thought I had before, but when the site was working, I wasn't able to find my VIN.
The only way to contact them is via snail mail, no email.

Re: Lincoln Registry
I think Dave Moyer knows about it. He seems to mention often. Might reach out to him

Re: Lincoln Registry
I went there about a year ago, and it was working fine.

Re: Lincoln Registry
Stu, it's working fine for me. John is actively managing it and it's a great resource for the Lincoln community!

Re: Lincoln Registry
How do you see anything from the registry? Seems like so many of these types of registries want information but you don't get anything out of it.

Re: Lincoln Registry
Mike, perhaps look at this not as what you can get out of it (for free) but what you can contribute to it to support the Lincoln community. That said, what people get out of it is that if they're thinking of buying a car, they can see if it has any history on the site. When people ask "how many 1963's are left?" the site offers clues to the answer. It's a big project, rebuilding a database that was destroyed by Ford back in the day, but how satisfying to learn more about these wonderful cars and establish a resource for information on them!

Re: Lincoln Registry
But you don't learn anything or again get anything out of it as an owner when you can't see it.
I'm guessing something isn't working right because the MarkII registry makes sense. You can see what's been added to it and info about the different cars. It's exactly how a registry should work. I'm guessing the registry page on the lincoln one should work the same way but it doesn't load. Which is probably the problem Stu is having too?
