I'm jealous of your guys cheap American gas. Here on the West coast British Columbia, gas is $1.22 a liter for reg. Come summer it will probably be $1.45 a liter.

$5.80 a gallon really breaks your balls during the summer time, when you drive a heavy old car
68 Continental for damn cheap. I now know why. A lot of work ahead

Just topped off my Lincoln on Wednesday, June 3, and paid $3/gallon for 91 Premium.

That's $0.79 US per litre.

Here in Youngstown, gas dropped to $1.99 per gallon for one day and one day only. That evening I'm told there was a refinery shutdown incident and prices went back up to $2.89. I guess I picked a good day to fill my Mark III.

Gas was $1.54 at Costco last week. Just paid $1.59 for regular. $2.09 for premium.

Oil prices have hit a 7 year low. What will next summer bring?

$0.90 / liter = CAD $3.41 / US gallon = about US$2.50 /gal (1.37 CAD$/US).

Not bad but still sucky.

You can thank OPEC for reducing oil prices for tanking your economy. And you can thank your outgoing prime minister / president / whatever he's called for making Canada's economy so much based on tar sands oil.

I hear the new guy is some kind of a fashion model.

The only good thing would be cheaper gas, but Im not driving because Im still off work...and all my Continentals are down..one with a bad steering box or pitman arm, and the other with a weird brake problem. And I cant lift anything over a gallon of milk so taking wheels and calipers off is out of the question...

By the time Im ready with the cars gas will be a million bucks a gallon.
