POST YOUR WHEEL AND TIRE PICS.

This area is for those who need help modernizing their Lincoln for purposes other than strict restoration. Such questions can be about adding an electric fuel pump, adding fuel injection, boosting horsepower or gas mileage, or tightening or lowering the suspension. Body customizing and chopping can also be here (although this practice is not encouraged by the LCOC).

The wheels from american racing are brand new just shown at the last SEMA show. Designed by artist Max Grundy. Google his name..... cool artwork and you will see the two wheel designs. The other is similar to a 1950's 3 bar spinner hubcap.
P.S. Maurice how the heck do you navigate the roads in the netherlands in that huge lincoln? My family is originally from Amsterdam emigrated here 100 years ago.

I saw those a few weeks ago when Max dropped off a radiator. I think I know how he can repay me for all the SEMA cars we're doing for him. (joking) :)

Restored original turbine rims painted gloss black instead of argent silver in between with Firestone FR721 235/75R15s and 1.6" WWs. :D
Beautiful, Dan! I think I'll keep mine black after seeing this (mine still needs repainted though). I am getting the turbine wheels for it. I've always liked those best. The tires are awesome. I'm going for the wide ww too. I had Vogue's on my old Cadillac. I liked them and they really set it off.

I just wish mine had the fender skirts like yours. Oh well. Maybe the next one will. Haha…

SWEET car! Can't wait until mine is that nice.

The biggest challenge of all is parking the Lincoln in a public garage, like this one in Scheveningen, the entry to a garage like this is almost always about 2.3 meters / 7.5 ft. wide.
But the sound of the Flowmaster 40 series is really awesome in a place like this.

And Amsterdam really is a great place to be. It really is like Sodom and Gomorra, but it's fun.

For one day that is.

I had a hard time finding whitewalls close to me when the Firestones failed safety, so here's what I've got now.
Sorry for the funky shadows from my wrought iron fence (I didn't notice it at the time).

405/25R24 tires, 15.5" wide! Will be using a 24"x15" wheel
