Situation 21 october 09:00 CET

I have 12 signed petitions including my own, + 3 underway, total 15. We need at least 11. so we exceed the target. Of corse, more petitions are welcome. But congratulations!!!

In are:
- Frank Steijns (frank'71)
- Jur de Jong (jur.dejong)
- Joep Pompe (SPJ007)
- Frenk Govaars (.....)
- Jarmo Muukkonen (jamu)
- Peter Grund (.....)
- Peter van Velzen (Lincolnpjotr)
- Jeroen van Well (pimpmeister)
- Rob Bergman (rob)
- Dinant van der Veen (dinantmkIII)
- David Nanning (david)
- Marcel Barriel (Marcel01)

Underway:
- Gerard Brand (.....)
- Steven Westerkamp (Steve-W)
- Richard Reuvers (.....)

The petitions are only valid if the members concerned are officially registered at the LCOC secretariat, and the dues are paid. So I hereby request that if dues are not paid yet, to expedite this action. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL.

I will wait another week to send the petitions off, in order to allow more petitions to come in and to complete actions as mentioned above.

Keep up the good work. Can I suggest a personal phone call of encoragement to the members closest to you? Some are probably just sitting on the fence waiting for someone to reach out to them and welcome them to the club.

At the time of submission to the LCOC, all names on the list MUST have joined the LCOC officially. You cannot say you will join if approved, you must already be a member. Regional approval comes last.

Once that occurs, the fun really begins. :D

Dan,
The petitions will only be sent after all members are registered at the LCOC Central secretariat.

Bob Johnson is your new Vice President of Regions. Please be sure to send him your list to be voted on at the January Meeting.

Dinant,
Relax, man. I will only send off the petitions when all are backed up by an official LCOC registration.

I know, I was just figuring out how to get the payment done for LCOC from over here,
but in the end I figured it would be a lot easier to finally get a Visa World Card... :D

The request to form the Region was sent off today with the 12 signed petitions. Now we have to wait...

Thank you, Dan. Is it wise to start forming a team already, or is it better to await the Boards decision?
