Hey Mike;
My 60 Premiere has been running ok up till yesterdya. When I went to start it up it started and then stopped in about two seconds. Did it again and again. She fires great but won't stay running. Does that sound like the fuel pump? I have also lost all my PS fluid and may have to have the PS pump rebuilt. Where can I send the unit for this work? Pete

Mike, my pump is still leaking. You've rebuilt it twice. What should I do? I don't have any more cores.

Just to let everyone know, we have been forced to raise the price of our fuel pump kits, and fuel pump rebuilding service. We have raised both by $10.00. Fuel pump rebuilding service is now $95.00. The free shipping offer is still in place.

The only exception to this is If you send in more than one pump for rebuilding, you will get a shipping discount. This would be equal to knocking off $12.50 from the total shipping cost.

The price increase went into effect on September 1st. I apologize for not letting everyone know before now.

Thank you
Mike

Thanks Dan.

I wanted to add that the $95.00 is for rebuilding a single action fuel pump.

Mike just did an awesome job for me rebuilding 2 motor mounts for the 1930 Ruxton I'm working on. He does an amazing amount of tooling for what he charges. But hey, the next time he needs a set up for a 1930 Ruxton, he'll have one. Since there's only 19 of them in the whole world, he may have to wait for awhile! :lol:

Just a public thank you and strong recommendation/referral to Mike at Then and Now. He took care of my leaking fuel pump he had previously rebuilt but which leaked a little after a few months use. I don't know what he did to it, but my car now runs better than it ever has since my ownership. I had been monkeying around with tuning and carb adjustments but mounting that newly rebuilt pump eliminated all my issues in one 20 minute install. Period, hands down, the best thing I ever did for my Lincoln.

Mike has been instrumental in my last 3 restorations. He had to build molds for the last two projects. How many calls is he going to get for 1930 Ruxton motor mounts? How about shock links for a 1939 Steyr?

Mike is the man.
