engine dies when truning right

My '76 continental mk4 - engine dies when I make a lo ng slow right hand turn.

had all new electrics, carb rebuild with carb kit, flushed tank etc

all help appreciated

Check your carb float bowl adjustment, may be starving the car for gas.

I had the same problem about a year after my carb (Motorcraft 4300) was rebuilt. It could be the carb is simply worn out. Mine leaked gas and had a massive vacuum leak. No amount of rebuilding could save it.

There are a number of threads about carb replacement. For new some use Holley, others Carter.
