1966 Interior Trim Code 61 Color Questions

Howdy All,

I am learning more and more about my 66 Lincoln Continental 4 door sedan. The interior trim code is 61, which is Silver Mink cloth and leather. It is a very light silvery blue color. I wish to make a plan to spruce up my interior. I love it when an interior is fresh and looks like it was supposed to be when new.

I have the following questions/statements, and I hope the forum members can guide me with the correct answers:

(1) All 4 upper door panels and the 4 door panel armrests should be colored code 61 Silver Mink, correct?

(2) The rear package tray should be colored code 61 Silver Mink, correct?

(3) The headliner should be the perforated style and should be colored code 61 Silver Mink, correct?

(4) The 4 lower plastic door base arm rest bases should be colored code 61 Silver Mink, correct?

(5) The dash pad should be colored a navy blue shade, correct? My dash is currently this navy blue shade.

(6) The lower dash should be the navy blue shade, correct?

(7) The steering column should be black or navy blue? I cannot tell if mine is blue or black.

(8) The steering wheel should be the same color (black or blue) to match the steering column, correct?

What you really need is the ‘66 color and upholstery harmonizer book. That will tell you what combination of colors were available
