Where is the best place to get brakes hoses, pads and shoes and the hard ware for my 66

There is no best place. There are “easy places” (Lincoln land). There is ebay. There is shopping for the lowest price and getting questionable quality or reliability.

There is no best.

O'Reillys still carries brake parts for my Mark III except hoses. Those came from Mark II ent via ebay.
