White and green drive dots

If it is Lincoln-related and doesn't seem to fall in the other categories or you just can't figure out where to put it, put it here!

It depends on the year. One is starting in 2nd gear then shifts to third, the other starts in 1st. And L stays in first.

1964 I’m not sure.

Green dot is the preferred normal drive position, using all 3 speeds with a first gear start. White dot, with second gear start, is for slippery surface starts or smoother, more leisurely starts. Green dot can be considered the D-1 position and the white dot can be considered the D-2 position as used on earlier models of the Cruise O Matic and other three speed automatics like the Borg-Warners.
