Go to a shop that specializes in convertible tops and maybe aftermarket sunroof installations. A generic car shop will not likely be able to help.

A good independent shop should be able to deal with it. They only leak when the drains are clogged.

All moonroofs leak - they are not designed to be water tight. What does get past the seal is supposed to drain via a series of channels and tubes directed towards the bottom of the car. If the tubes are clogged or the channels somehow damage, that's how the water can appear on the interior.
