'69 Lehmann-Peterson VIN

I recently bought a 69 L-P Limo and am looking for info on the inconsistancy of Lincoln serial # of these autos. Some are 8493xx, while others are 9990xx. Any idea why?

Also is the an archive of the L-P production # and sheets? Copies available?

Check out out Links page and gop to the lehmann-peterson page near the bottom. Send that guy an e-mail with your VIN questions and hope for the best.

I'm not aware of any other LP limo experts who visit this forum, but perhaps there will be some soon.
