I'm pretty good at turning a wrench, but I had to watch this several time to make sure I was changing the plugs in my Audi properly :)

True on all points :)
While what on the surface this appears to be just fluff, but after just completing a coil pack swap and spark plug replacement on a 5V Audi 3.0 today, I've got to hand it to Lauren. Her demo was spot on! And she never swore once which is more than I could say.
And would you rather watch her or Scotty Kilmer (ring that bell)?
Happy New Year!
