Those were the days. I remember going to the Esso station with my grandfather in his 1956 Buick Special. Coke out of the machine in the green glass bottle, 5 cents. Went inside for it while the attendant was pumping your gas, cleaning your windshield and checking your oil.

Ok I have to ask in the Texaco photo how do they put the cars on the parking racks?

I love the picture that says
"Try Corn Alcohol 10%"

So does anybody know how those cars go up and down? I see no mechanism and all I could imagine was something like a Ferris Wheel
