Cleaning Stains In The Trunk - Griot's Garage Products

Post by bd94s10 »

Hello,

I started doing some detailing in the trunk on my '65 Lincoln Continental Convertible that I purchased from Robert DeFrang. Please checkout the amazing results I had using Griot's Garage interior cleaning products. Some of these stains I didn't think would come out...let me know what you guys think below or in the YouTube comments!

Hey Jason. I havent use their cleaning stuff (and Ill watch and comment on your vid. I do this YT thing too...trying or whatever lol)

Im curious about this company. I bought a DA from Autozone (emergency polish lol) and it did do a good job on my 73. Im curious about where this company came frome, and who's behind it. I do see their ads in the Hagerty magazine too...I will say for a chinesium polisher it was pricy.

Thanks. I did have Nick Griot (the son) on Lincoln Addict Podcast. We didn't dive a whole lot into the history of the company. Their products do see to me more high end. I've heard people talk about the quality etc. so I'm assuming it has to do with products being made in US and hopefully better "stuff" in their products.

You check check out the Nick Griot episode here: https://lincolnaddict.podbean.com

Here is more info on the company: https://www.griotsgarage.com/message-from-our-founder/

Nick and I linked up as Nick owns a killer Lincoln (resto mod) so it made sense to have him on plus I've been intrigued about their products which were coming soon - ceramic stuff. I love cars and never been one to get crazy with compounds, ceramics, etc. Now I'm getting into it some more as a hobby I'd say. I bought a new cabinet and put all my Griot's stuff in it.. Bottom line I heard they started in 1988-1990.

Thanks you for watching the videos and commenting. Much appreciated!!!!
