I started working on these documents back in 2013. I'm going to post the information here so others can expand on it.
This is a detailed document that tried to break down cross-reference information with descriptions and part numbers. It contains lots of information gathered on this forum, experience, working with cars, etc.

I know it's obvious to most, but the fenders for 71/72 are only interchangeable from 71 to 72 and not the other way around. NOS wouldnt be an issue but something sold used would be since the 72 has holes drilled in for the peak moulding clamps

No peak molding in 1970 or was it optional?
I'm not an expert and I had no input from other owners until now.
Your feedback is exactly why I posted this. I want people to contribute their knowledge.
This manual will never get made in the LCOC. It will take a large crowd-sourced effort to even bring it to half the level it needs to be.
I'd love to see someone, anyone, everyone build on this cross-reference list. I think it would be fantastic to have in a manual.
