Re: Mark iv arm rest housing
I have to admit that I've never physically checked interchange of that between those years and that model. However, that said, I would dare go on a limb and say they will interchange. Differences in trim designs popped up with every year, yes; but those differences were primarily in appearance, not fitting. Aside from the Ralph Nader influence in external facelifts, the cars all remained virtually the same. So, a '73 arm rest should fit a '72 with no mods necessary.

Thanks Tony, I think you’re right, although I only have pictures to go by. I may have located one, we’ll see what happens..

I can't find any interior trim parts in the MPC. Find me a base PN and I might be able to find it.

Thanks Dan. I’ll try and come up with it.
Re: Mark iv arm rest housing
Quick follow up, I went salvage yard hunting (one of my favorite sports) and found intact arm rest housings for both driver and passenger sides. Both came out of a Mark V and are identical to cracked housings in my Mark IV. So the good news is that Mark Iv and V housings are identical.
