Re: I'm Back!! With a new 64 project
Wheels are on and they turned out great! Rear 4 link will need adjustment since the tires hit and won't allow full drop.
Re: I'm Back!! With a new 64 project
Wheels look killer on the 64!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks as though the Devious 4 Link only has adjustability on the upper links. I would assume adjusting them out (lengthening them) would cure your tire rub issue? Would that cause any issues with the pinion angle and drive shaft/floor clearance?

Re: I'm Back!! With a new 64 project
Yes, the rear needs to go back. Should be interesting with the devious kit. Mobsteel allows the lowers to adjust out so it was easy. We'll see... For now 3" off the ground ain't bad
Re: I'm Back!! With a new 64 project
3" off the ground is not bad AT ALL, especially considering the floor was uncut. The car looks Awesome! It does mean I'll be in the same boat when i order the Devious kit and run 255 on my 22's. I'm very curious to adjusting those upper links. In theory it will push the axle back, but more ROLL it back pushing driveshaft upward. Keep us updated!Suicide65 wrote:Yes, the rear needs to go back. And again, Kickass BUILD!

Re: I'm Back!! With a new 64 project
You'll be even worse than me with 255/30s... Just pushing the top links out won't work. The bottom has to come out. May mean not using the front shackle mount points and mounting lower links back, or using a different lower link tab on the axle.
Re: I'm Back!! With a new 64 project
That does pose a problem. Looks like they could make the rear links adjustable on the axle side that way you could get another inch or two of movement and it would not affect the bags' alignment. But you'll probably sell it before that happens anyways Looks great!

Those look great. The only problem I can see with them is.....that they are not on my car! Very slick.

Re: I'm Back!! With a new 64 project
Glad to see you got the 4 link situation worked out! Car looks incredible!
Can you post some pictures of the modifications done to the links? We're you able to leave the upper links alone?
Thanks

I BET!!!! Just going off the fact that you said they might start mass producing them in other sizes and on their website rims with a similar look (not five spoke and such) go for about $900. Something in a price range I can dream about
