Had a lot going here not able to get to the car very much. Now its cold and snowy and I am demotivated to get in the garage.

Put the camber kit in, this fits all 2003 up crown vics, and town cars

Have to open up the hole to get the adjustment, lots of fun with a 3/8s end mill in my drill and a carbide bur bit in the angle grinder.

Here is a trick if you have to hog out aluminum with a bur bit, put bearing grease on the bit and keep applying as you grind. This keeps the aluminum from loading up the teeth of the bit and having to be picked out.

Hello ,

I have a 67 convertible on which we tried to install an Air Ride kit following the instructions provided by the manufector.
We didn't had to cut anything and just removed the rear leaf springs.

The installation added some weight in the trunk : the tank, compressors.
Once we removed the suspensions, the rear of the car got "flexible". The rear leaf springs were playing an essential role in the car's rear overhang maintain

It might be a specific problem to this car and it might have been weakened by corrosion or something else

In any case it cannot be used without additional work and we would need your ideas to reinforce the frame to finish the installation

Did you experemented such things ?

This is an old thread. You might get more help if you start a new thread with a title that is specific to your problem. Unfortunately I cannot help with your specific question.
