Re: Alex 62 Continental project
Thank´s everybody for your nice comments. Got no deadline but would like to finish the car about mids of June, but unfortunately It doesn´t depend on me, it depends how long the chrome shop takes to finish the parts.

How did I miss this build thread? Simply amazing. Love the color and the fact that it's a convertible. Inspiring!

Re: Alex 62 Continental project
I repainted my wheel as well. Did you coat yours with any type of clear, gloss or matte? If so, which one?
I didn't and it scuffs so easily. So I'll do a refresh and this time clear it.

Use a clear polyeurothane, preferably one that is nice and hard. Do some searching for something suitable online.

I took my wheel to the paint show, so I don´t know. I suppose they used any lacquer. Just listen Dan advice.
