Att'n all 2800+ members: proposed changes to judging rules

Greetings

I have proposed some changes to the judging rules to increase participation in National meets by "the 99 %'s", like me, who drive their cars regularly (in season) as well as who drive to shows.

I have attempted to "get the word out" by having the Continental Comments issue (in the next issue) a three sentence statement that directs people to this sight. It may or may not be published.

As I wish to only have (as many of the 2800+) club members "chew thru this" prior to the judges committee meeting in 2013, please see details at the thread I have begun within the private LCOC related discussion area at the link below.
