Re: NOS
So when an item is described as nos...that doesn't mean a company name?
They are just refering to new old stock?
A reproduction?
Or just new condtion old stuff?
Thanks

Re: NOS
It could be NOS Ford/Lincoln factory stuff, or NOS aftermarket, It just means it is old merchandise that has never been used.

Re: NOS
Reproductions are not NOS.
There is also NORS which is new old rebuilt stock. You will find old three port fuel pumps and water pumps that are rebuilds but have been sitting in a box on a shelf for 30 years, those are NORS.
There are products sold under the NOS brand name, mostly octane boosters and nitrous systems, but that has nothing to do with old car parts.
