My Mark III door jamb switch fell back inside the cowl. I fished it out to find it had fallen apart. It appears that the switch is attached to 3 wires and the actual switch does not unplug from the wires. Does anyone know if this is one piece? Or if after 50 years it’s just stubborn to come out? I read one other post and it appears the part number is D!AZ 13713-E. There is one on eBay but it is shown attached to the wires.
If it is attached to the wires and doesn’t unplug at the switch, those wires run back up into the dash somewhere. I could not locate the connectors.
Any help appreciated.

Re: 71 Mark III Door Jamb Switch
It’s probably a watertight fit. The harness should not be permanently attached. To get to it, you have to tear down the kick panel and dig around to find it.
Look up the part number in the MPCs and then search online for replacements that fit.
