Seems to be a bit more than other switches and yes there should be grease

I cleaned it up around the contacts and scraped the contacts with a screw driver. The big issue I noticed was that the connector from the switch to the harness basically pulled apart with no effort. I noticed when I plugged it back together it required quite a bit of effort. So after putting everything back together I now have a working front right turn signal. The left side still doesn’t work, but progress!

That connector may still be the issue

I forget the connector type. I think it is a pin at the end of the wire with a small piece of metal sticking out that engages the plastic connector. Then the pin engages the other have of the connector which has a female pin.

The wire color to the connector from the left front turn signal lamp should be light green.

Ok thanks as always Action, I’ll investigate the left front wire (light green) further tomorrow.

Well I confirmed power on the light green wire on both sides of the connector. Then went up to the front turn signal socket to check power and while yanking on the wires to be able to see, the turn signal started working. I stuck the socket back in and fiddled with the wires and it never quit. So I’m calling the turn signals as working.
Thanks for all the help!

There was a loose or dirty connection somewhere.
Likely if you use the vehicles that spot will move enough and the problem will never return.

Park it for a long period .... corrosion has a bad way of returning

Anyone know what bulb to use in place of a 1295 bulb that the owners manual calls for? I stuck a 93 in there for now

A bulb with the same wattage and base works.

If this bulb is part of the turn signal circuit get an incandescent bulb. If it is just for illumination, you might find a LED that fits.
For LEDs it is all about will the stack of LEDs fit in the space.
