63 clock

I've had a look at these clocks and they sure look good.

Some of the rear of the clock is visible in the photo and I wonder if any other Lincoln people can verify it that's indeed a 1960's era mechanism?

I've decided to purchase one. It should arrive in few days. I'll let everyone know what I see when received.

I saw the ad yesterday. It says no longer available now. Guess the qty he had was wrong or they were bought up.

Well, there ya go.

I guess that's the reason the seller didn't get back to me. Tried to buy one of the nine clocks that he had available and then got word back that the seller would not ship to Canada.

I contacted him to explain to him that all he had to do was drop it in U.S. Mail and I would do the rest. Never heard back and now apparently the sale is ended.

$75 was a pretty good price for a working (possibly new) unit.

Maybe someone bought them all? I was tempted at that price too.

Update: The clock never came. I never got a response from the seller, and EBay refunded my money.

A frustrating experience, but no harm done. The seller flaked out on me, for reasons I'll never know.

I'll probably just have my clock refurbished at the Clock Works.
