Yes, it's a long way from everywhere, so shipping will be a nightmare, but I hate to scrap it without offering. I also have the crank and rods.

Since Canada has closed the border, saving this until the border opens to a US buyer may be a good thing to do

It has been a tripping hazard in my garage for years, but if anyone wants it, I will keep it inside until they are ready, otherwise it will be put out to rust. Really it's only worthwhile to someone fairly close, driving up from the U. S. would not be cost effective, however the crank or rods could be shipped, if needed.

Not sure if either of you counted on my seeing this, nor am I sure if at this point I have need for a block; but I've seen the offer. I have no desire to see any more of these engines scrapped, and if I had real estate for them I'd start up my own Baker's Auto/Old Car Clearance to save them all.

Yesterday I got Frankenstein's engine out for pre-rebuild examination. I did not have enough time to tear down for the exam; that will happen this coming weekend. It would be nice to know I have options, should the exam reveal that the block or crank or rods are too worn out to re-use.
