3D Printed Accuair Controller Mount

This area is for those who need help modernizing their Lincoln for purposes other than strict restoration. Such questions can be about adding an electric fuel pump, adding fuel injection, boosting horsepower or gas mileage, or tightening or lowering the suspension. Body customizing and chopping can also be here (although this practice is not encouraged by the LCOC).

3D Printed Accuair Controller Mount

Post by jrockboogie »

After spending way too much time thinking of where to mount my Accuair controller. I've finally decided to 3D design, and print, a bracket to mount it to the underside of the dash. Previously, I just had it hanging out next to me on the front seat. So if anyone has access a 3D printer, I would be happy to send you the .gcode or .stl file. I was also thinking of tightening up the overall profile of the mount to give the illusion of the controller just floating there.

How does it attach to the dash? Could I get a copy of the file?

I didn't want to cut anything so I used two screwholes under the dash. I'll send you the file when I get home from work tonight. I just have to clean a few things up on the it before I do.

It is hard to tell, but it's a mount that I 3D printed for my Accuair controller. You can't see much of it in the pics, but its the plate that the controller is mounted to.

Thanks fellas! If anyone needs the file for it, just let me know. A lot of libraries have 3D printers available for use.
