The 525hp 430

I get maybe 9 MPG highway with a little bit of room to tune that better, what do we suppose this thing gets?

Agreed...that is, IF those flat-top pistons really produce that kind of power. I thought I saw somewhere that pistons like those aren't proper and can actually drop power produced. But of course, if I'm wrong, somebody tell me; maybe it would be nice to know that soup-up options are in fact available for MELs today.
