C1VE is the engineering number shown for that one. It is one of the 430 variations

One of those valve springs looks askew, indicating your valves have been in contact with the pistons. Inspect the piston tops for signs of contact, that is an engine killer! Are any valve keepers missing?
You can check for bent valves, by rolling them on a flat surface.

So my 462 block has 430 heads on it. Can I put 462 heads on it?

If you have a 462, why would you NOT put 462 heads on it????

Would the internal of the 462 be 462 or 430? Sense I have 430 heads.

The 462 has a different stroke and different cylinder bore
The pistons, rings, rods, crank & bearings are unique to the 462
In addition the cam will be unique as well. While a 430 cam would fit into 462 block, the other parts would not fit. 430 pistons will be too small for a 462 block.

Common parts in the block may be
Timing set & lifters

What is bolted to the top (cylinder heads) of the block does not dictate what is in the block.
Why there are 430 heads on a 462 I have no clue. And I am not totally convinced you have a 462 block

The bore and stroke for each engine
430 = 4.30 x 3.70
462 = 4.38 x 3.83

I would suggest measuring the bore & stroke of your block to understand what you have if you are having a difficult time identifying what you have. Posting pictures isn't really the best method. And there are a couple dozen posts on engine ID over the course of a month or so. Identification shouldn't take much more than 15 minutes.

Why?

Lifters are matched to the camshaft unless new unused. Putting new lifters on a used camshaft will wear out the cam on those lobes swiftly. Which means major engine repairs in a few years. Lifters usually come in a set.

Buying a new lifter set, either machine the cam shaft or buy a new camshaft with bearings.

If you can not find a pin it can be made or machined from stock. Or buy one based on dimensions. And it might come with the cam shaft

You could call Comp Cams and ask them. They sell a variety of dowel pins.

The p.c.v.
You will also need the correct spacer plate under the carb, or a newer carb, for the other end of the hose.
