Keep any petroleum based products away from rubber brake parts, the rubber will swell up and be unusable.

67 Conv. Leaking Bypass hose
If you don't know how old it is I would replace it. I would replace the upper and lower radiator hoses as well.

parking brake wont release
They may have assembled the brakes wrong in the back. It may also be a stuck parking brake cable, lack of use and they rust up. Hope this helps.

window regulator safety relay on a 65
I had the same problem with mine when I first got it. I replaced it with a new relay used for off road driving lights. It was around $10 and brand new. I figured no one will ever see this relay behind the splash shield, so it's not original. I made a jumper harness so I didn't cut off the original p...

Freeze Plugs & Exhaust Manifold
If your mechanic will let you watch him work, do it. You will then see what was done, how it was done and if it was done right. You will also see if you can do it yourself next time. If this is not your daily driver there is no hurry to fix it so do it right the first time. Good mechanics have exper...

You might want to check the filter in the resevoir and look at the hose feeding the pump. Just a thought.

Engine knocking after I did the first oil change. Now what..
Change the fuel filter, it is easy and the cheapest. I think the timing is set to 6 degrees BTC. Like everyone says here, buy a shop manual, the information inside it is priceless.

pull the plugs,a fouled plug can contribute to the problem and can be the cheapest fix.

rocker ass'y lubrication
I could be wrong but I think the oil to the rockers comes up from the pushrods. In other engines I have seen these gunked up. You can use carb cleaner to clean them out.
