My company will soon be back in the air strut rebuilding business after moving to a new location and building rewiring.

Depending on your abilities, this can usually be done by most novice mechanics.

YIKES! Thats a little steep. I can sell you some "NEW FORD" air springs for $125 each and walk you through the repair. You don't even have to take the wheels off!

TRACK ROD END SETTINGS

The good thing about air suspension is that its all automatic, the driver doesn't have to do anything...just drive. The bad thing about air suspension is...its all automatic. If the system has a leak, it may go months with a leak before the owner realizes he/she has a problem. The compressor is not ...

Steer Gearbox Repair

I would say if your going to keep the car till the wheels fall off, you should bite the bullet and buy a reman gearbox. If you plan on getting rid of it or if money is really tight, try the the easy way out.

This shaft assembly will pull right out IF THE STEERING WHEEL IS DEAD CENTER and if you have enough room for the sector shaft to come straight up and out. Nothing will pop out or anything. Once the ...

Missing Linc, I've never spent allot of time working on the old Lincolns, but the '80's -'90's Town Cars,Grand Marquis and Crown Vics can be done by taking out the sector shaft first, out the top. Of course you would need enough room in there, which I don't know if you have. After taking out the sect...
