The nitrogen supposedly does two things: stay in the tire better than regular air, resulting in less pressure loss, and reduce corrosion on the inside of the rim. Is it worth $10? Probably not. Well, since they're an auction house, there's no defininte price on them. The estimate for that set (Barcelona) is listed at 700/900 (I don't know why the two numbers, probably to indicate the expected range). There's also a pair of Kornes leather recliners with ottomans that reminds me of the chair...
