Hello, I just thought i would add my two cents a little late. Your idea about a mustang motor isnt all that bad. The 5.0 motor from a mustang is a little on the small side for a 4500lb - 6000lb LC, But a 351 from a 93-95 ford F250 would be perfect!! The torque #s are actually better on the 351 than ...

Hello, I was just wondering about my engine stand. I plan on pulling the 430 out of my 65 LC for some rebuilding and clean up. It dosent take a brain surgen to figure out that this motor weighs alot.
