My 60 lincoln has some cheap aluminum foil looking stuff that keeps peeling off. I want to replace it with a more appropriate padding/heat shield. Any suggestions?

Thanks everyone... and thanks Dan W for the offer. I've gotta confess that I come from the VW bug world were the engines are a "bit" smaller and so I thought I would check with you guys before I keep talking to local shops. Hopefully I'll see you on the road soon!

My 60 Lincoln needs an engine overhaul/rebuild. The problem is that most of the shops that I have approached seem to treat my 430 as an oddball engine, and either decline the job or give a "sky's the limit" estimate for doing the job. Is the 430 such an "oddball" engine? I unders...
