95 cont with a lousy additude

I picked up a can of QD contact Cleaner for use on the sensors in the door. I'm still at a loss on where to spray the stuff to make it effective. So far using a little plastic tube and spraying up in the door latch hasn't hit the right spot yet.

This electronic stuff! The computer senses a door ajar or a taillight out and signals the display on the dash when its not happening. The overhead courtesy lights come on when I brake to a stop and turns off the light when the car starts moveing again. Annoying! To get any information from the dash ...

I just experienced the same things with my 95 continental (ceiling light came on when applying breaks, door ajar light continued to come on and a few quirky things like couldn't lock doors electricly when car was running. door ajar signal

have a electronic dash that gets a signal that I have a 'door ajar'. Reset last only a few minutes than it comes on again. The doors are mechanically shut but I cant find what contacts may be sending ajar signal to dash. What and where to look for contact points or switch causing this. I do not have...

keyless entry

just bought a seasoned 95 Cont. with the keyless entry. No one remembered the previous
access numbers nor did the sales rep know how to change it. Any help would be appreciated.
