I replaced the three mounting pads in my 65 about 3 or 4 years ago. Thanks alan I have a service manual and lots of experince. However, I find that the manual is less than compleete or even helpfull at times. Steering wheel stuck!
Something in the steering column has broken and is causing the shift linkage to interfear with the movement of the steering wheel. I am about to start to tear down teh steering column but since all my tools are locked in my box at work I dont know how far into the column I will be able to get today....
