I'm in need of the two bushings that are in the bar. I've tried Baker's, no luck. I would remove them, but that would destoy them and I would not be able to match them up at the local parts store. Hi every one. i have a 66 lcc. I have replaced the master cylinder (67' type) the calipers front lines pads, rear cylinders, and shoes. When applying the brake the pedal goes about 1/2 way with no apparent engagment felt, at which point the brakes grab and your stopped. i bought this car 2 months ag...

thanks for the tip. i did infact replace the sprocket with a steal one. and yes it was the power steering pump. no harm no foul. anyway I had a great deal of slack in the old timing chain and gears. the problem was under exceleration, she would bogg down let up on the gas. and she'd smooth out. ther...

too late..... timing chain cover is off. the cam gears are all cranking, but none missing. i gues i got lucky...this is turning out alot faster, than i thought.

o.k about 1/2 hour ago i decided to do my timing chain.....didnt take long, i pulled the rad, hoses, water pump, thermostat, expansion tank, and the pulliy off the crank. i'm looking at the (looks like the oil pump. and want to know if i need to remove it attached to the timing cover, or seperatly, ...
