If the automatic temperature works, it is normal.
These cars weren’t silent or perfect. They use crude analog electronics and often make small sounds.
I would not touch anything or take anything apart. Turn up the radio and ignore it. You’re more likely to break something.

The vacuum modulator has a vacuum line attached to it. It is at the back right side of the transmission, visible from below if you crawl partway under the car. Wut?Now he has touched the fast idle cam settings, the choke cap, idle screw and one air/gas mixture screw on passenger side because he could not find the driver side mixture screw.

On YouTube, there’s a channel called Just Rolled In and it is filled with crazy DIY repairs that are things like spray foam for frame repair, rubber tubing for brake lines, and tie-wraps for ball joints.
