yep... that's exactly the problem.. car hasn't been registered sincd 01 and prolly hasnt' been run since then. So... it's off to the parts store... I didn't make it today.. so thursday... I really want to get this thing running by the weekend! (shouldn't be too hard.... just gotta get the brakes fix...

Bent rod
I found a popped rod in my engine today... why did this happen? I noticed that it is much newer than the other rods... so it's been recently replaced. Why would this happen?
Perhaps the PO installed the incorrect size pushrod?
otherwise the engine runs fine...

uhhh, where exactly is the fuse panel on my '63 linc? I can't find it..... [img]images/smiles/icon_sad.gif[/img]
