Hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like you are supposed to reuse the outer metal sleeve from your original bushings. I remember some of the poly bushings require that.

Your '64 has 5x5. If you got 4.75 you probably measured from one lug bolt to another - this isn't the right way to measure. The bolt circle is the theoretical circle that passes through all of the bolts - it's actually a bit larger than the distance from one lug bolt to another.

I wouldn't transfer the bearings. Bearings aren't that expensive, but a failed bearing is very costly. I'd replace them while you have it all apart.

Anth, You do need to remove the rear wheel bearings to fix the seal leak. You are correct, the bearings need to be pressed on. Joe, Often you can fix the original relay by opening it up and cleaning up the contacts. You can open it by carefully prying the metal tabs outward until the guts come out of the can. Not that there's anything wrong with a modern relay - pretty sure I did the same thing with mine over 10 years back....

Are you sure the turning radius has been changed? I think those cars had a pretty large turning radius because of the fender design - the wheel can't pivot too far without making contact. Of course I only drove one once, and it was in about 1983 so my memory could be off.
