Yes, the timing set for the plymouth had the wrong cam gear in one set and the wrong chain in another. The fuel pump I kept. I was acused of not knowing a bad part, that's where the corporate problems began. I dropped the fuel tank three times to get it to work out because they had a bad sending uni...

Murray's Auto Parts
I would not recomend using Murrays as a reliable parts supplier. If you have problems with the parts you buy good luck getting satisfaction for the corporate offices, They will blow you off if you can get ahold of them. They may be good for oil and filters but I would not use them for any other part...

Maybe I should not answer anymore. My Idea is that a car is best left alone unless it NEEDS to be repaired to drive it. Some will disagree. It is your car and final decision, if you like it that is all that matters. If the club wants to help pay for parts, or others, then it is their call. More peop...

We need to encourage this practice. Once it is restored, it is not orginal. I would rather see a good...

What does your lincoln need? I might be able to help you, if not my friend Tony might be able to. We are in the Detroit metro area and we both own 65 convertibles. I would like to see your car. Ours are both orginal, not restored. If you need help, let me know.
