my 64 had inner grip covers, as did my 66, and 68. I couldnt swear that they wernt all 68 caps of something like that though.

all you need is six vacuum guages,

after looking, they have the ',',',',',',' pattern so I guess they are 66-67 covers, but they are the outer grip type.

try Marvel Mystery oil on in the cylinders, to ensure no stuck or broken rings, same on the valves, let sit 24-48 hours. since you have the valve covers off, crank it by hand, and observe each valve open and close. save that old AFB, as the edelbrock does not have the anti-stall dashpot that the ori...

OEM should be 2", any bigger it will be louder, and a very slight loss of low end torque. been there done that... a second crossover behind the trans seemed to help, as they should ideally be in the first 1/3 of the total length of the system. just barely enough room to fit. get a 4v intake and...

the C-6 has no relation to anything Chrysler. I have rebuilt many C-6s, and several 707s and 727s, with no similarity at all inside.
