Re: Vacuum hose issues

It's not a matter of time. The owner of the shop himself (who doesn't work on cars anymore) is working on it. Yesterday he spent all day working with the diagrams, but the problem is that the color coding is not there, and as mentioned, there are 12 receivers and only 10 hoses. Based on Steve's diag...

Vacuum hose issues

So last fall, my mechanic pulled the dash to do some work. When he re installed it, the AC and heat wasn't working correctly. We figured the vacuum hoses were put back wrong on the lower dash control unit. He's bee trying to get it working, but can't. He has all the diagrams, but can't figure it out...

Re: New sub-forum!

Our local car club was asked about using cars for a movie being filmed in our area. I sent the guy pictures of 2 cars we have that fit what they wanted over a week ago, and haven't heard back.

Oh well......

Try giving Art Apple a call in Denver. I think he's in the LCOC directory. Rich Liana is in Troutville, VA, just outside Roanoke.

Interesting car

So whilst on my trip so Oceania, I saw this model car multiple times in Australia and New Zealand. This one is a Ford, but saw a similar kind of Skoda driving around. Kinda like a modern El Camino.

Thanks for your work with this. Not a veteran, but they certainly need the help.

Whoever you use, don't use Frankfort Plating in Philly.

I've used Paul's Chrome just outside of Pittburgh and they did a great job.

First of all welcome! Secondly, it's your car, so do what you want with it. Personally, I'm a purist, but that doesn't mean you have to. Finally, check out my website so you have an idea of what you are getting into. I can tell you that my resoration cost more than what your budget is 20 years ago. ...
